Term Purchase Contract Changes Post 1st July 2012
The Federal Government has amended legislation to allow Hire Purchase (Term Purchase) contracts to become a fully taxable supply from the 1st July 2012. For these agreements, the supply of credit will now be taxable instead of imput taxed.
